Dial Fusion's billing system allows the creation of Authorized Users for your account, with varying levels of permissions. This allows you to give specific access to your account to trusted people without sharing your primary account login details. You can use Authorized Users to do things like give a business partner the ability to pay invoices and order services, or a line manager the ability to access account documents and support resources. The permissions system is granular and allows you to grant exactly what kind of access each user is able to have.
Any Authorized User you add to your account is automatically granted permission to sign into Unified Login using the credentials they create, and this cannot be disabled. This will allow them to access the client-only areas of this Documentation site, as well as be able to access all account documents and your account's support chat (if applicable). If this is not desirable behavior, consider making them an account Contact instead of an Authorized User.
Modify Master Account Profile: Allows editing business details such as name, address, and phone number
View & Manage Contacts: Allows editing of account Contacts. Contacts are users who may receive copies of system emails and are allowed to discuss your account, but who do not have actual login permissions
View Products & Services: Allows viewing of all products on the account, which may include configuration information such as login URLs or authorized IP addresses for VoIP accounts. Also allows direct login to the VoIP account and modification of Low Balance Notification settings
View & Modify Product Passwords: Allows viewing of the manual VoIP Account login details, as well as the default administrator login for Dedicated services
Perform Single Sign-On: Not currently used in the Dial Fusion system. However, if you want this Authorized User to ONLY be able to sign into Unified Login, select this permission as selecting at least one permission is required
View Domains: Not currently used in the Dial Fusion system
Manage Domain Settings: Not currently used in the Dial Fusion system
View & Pay Invoices: Allows viewing of current and past invoice history on the account, as well as to make payments towards any open invoices. Also gives the user the permission to modify saved payment methods (but not see full card details)
View & Accept Quotes: Not currently used in the Dial Fusion system
View & Open Support Tickets: Allows viewing, replying to, and closing of current and past support requests for the account
View & Manage Affiliate Account: Not currently used in the Dial Fusion system
View Emails: Allows viewing the history of all emails sent to the account owner
Place New Orders/Upgrades/Cancellations: Allows the creation of VoIP Account Recharge orders, as well as requesting modification of account seat counts/add on charges, and service cancellation
