¶ Overview
Unified Login is Dial Fusion's Single Sign On (SSO) application, meant to streamline and simplify access to multiple internal and external systems. Using an SSO solution allows team members and clients to use a single username and password to sign in, which avoids having to remember multiple logins.
¶ Identifying Unified Login
Whenever possible, any system that supports the use of Unified Login will automatically redirect you there when clicking on a login link or accessing a restricted page. Unified Login is easily identifiable by a Dial Fusion logo at the top of the page, and the text Dial Fusion Unified Login immediately below.
¶ Using Unified Login
For clients and their authorized users, Unified Login uses your Billing System (Client Area) login details. For more information about Authorized Users and how to manage them, click here.
- Click the Dial Fusion Client? Login Here link below the username field
- If you are not currently signed in, you will be redirected to the Billing System login page to enter your credentials
- You will see a loading screen for a brief moment while the system completes your login request
